Pay

$5,000 paid training salary to start, plus uncapped commission. Top representatives earn $150K+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training sessions
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers
• Previous experience in sales, commission-based sales, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer service-focused positions is favorable
• Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs
• Desire to make money and belief in being paid based on hard work and results
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows)
