Position Overview
KeyTrak, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a top sales performer in a competitive market. KeyTrak specializes in key control and asset management solutions, serving multi-family housing, education, and government entities. The ideal candidate will sell our products, manage customer accounts, and build a client base through both new and existing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Sell KeyTrak's key control and asset management products to multi-family housing, education, and government entities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and accounts
- Prospect potential customers to demonstrate product features and benefits, present proposals, and close deals
- Manage and grow the customer base through sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Excellent closing and negotiating skills
- Recent cold-calling experience
- Computer background, telephone skills, and the ability to reach decision-makers
- Able to lift, carry, and maneuver 70 lbs of demonstration equipment to customer sites
- Goal-oriented, coachable, organized, and creative
- Able to travel, overnight with hotel stays up to 50%
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Pay and Schedule
- Base salary of $50,000
- Total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $85,000-100,000/year including commissions
Training
- Time with experienced representatives in the field
- Online courses completed in home office
- Classroom instruction at Reynolds University
- Ten different courses covering sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training
