Position Overview

KeyTrak, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a top sales performer in a competitive market. KeyTrak specializes in key control and asset management solutions, serving multi-family housing, education, and government entities. The ideal candidate will sell our products, manage customer accounts, and build a client base through both new and existing key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Sell KeyTrak's key control and asset management products to multi-family housing, education, and government entities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and accounts
  • Prospect potential customers to demonstrate product features and benefits, present proposals, and close deals
  • Manage and grow the customer base through sales efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Excellent closing and negotiating skills
  • Recent cold-calling experience
  • Computer background, telephone skills, and the ability to reach decision-makers
  • Able to lift, carry, and maneuver 70 lbs of demonstration equipment to customer sites
  • Goal-oriented, coachable, organized, and creative
  • Able to travel, overnight with hotel stays up to 50%
  • Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Pay and Schedule

  • Base salary of $50,000
  • Total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $85,000-100,000/year including commissions

Training

  • Time with experienced representatives in the field
  • Online courses completed in home office
  • Classroom instruction at Reynolds University
  • Ten different courses covering sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training
