About the role

This full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role is based in St Paul, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations
  • Communicate the value of Supply Chain Solutions Corp’s services to prospective and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client supply chain needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Meet with clients at their locations
  • Follow up on leads
  • Prepare proposals
  • Provide ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in outside or field sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Comfort with frequent local travel for on-site client meetings in and around St Paul, MN
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, activities, and results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
