About the role
This full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role is based in St Paul, MN.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct in-person sales presentations
- Communicate the value of Supply Chain Solutions Corp’s services to prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client supply chain needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
- Meet with clients at their locations
- Follow up on leads
- Prepare proposals
- Provide ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in outside or field sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfort with frequent local travel for on-site client meetings in and around St Paul, MN
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, activities, and results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
