Key Responsibilities

• Closing company-provided leads and generating new business
• Building relationships with homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals
• Selling company-provided estimates
• Supporting and executing marketing campaigns
• Providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Participating in trade shows, networking, and referral programs
• Accurately tracking activity in CRM
• Managing schedule independently and meeting performance benchmarks
• Conducting all business ethically and professionally

Required Qualifications

• Construction experience required (concrete preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
• Commitment to integrity and quality

Performance Benchmarks

• $800,000 in annual sales
• 22% annual close rate
• 20% conversion required by week 9
• 500–600 company-provided estimates per year
• Approximately 11–13 estimates per week
• Additional self-generated opportunities expected through networking, referrals, and campaigns
