Key Responsibilities
- Possess a strong interest or background in roofing
- Generate and produce roofing leads through storm events, new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping property owners through the restoration process following water, fire, mold, or storm damage
- Possess prior sales experience (roofing, restoration, construction, or home services preferred)
- Conduct in-home or on-site inspections to assess damage and explain services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
- Sell and produce roofing leads by canvassing neighborhoods, networking, and leveraging marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule
- Comfort working in a commission-only environment with high earning potential
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Earning potential of up to $200,000+
- Unlimited earning potential with performance-based incentives

Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time
- Potential to prolonged periods of exposure to noise created by power tools, equipment and heavy machinery
- Exposure to standard work site environments
Travel Required
Minimum travel outside the immediate operating area may be required
Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience
Preferred Education And Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in B2B sales and/or account management
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
