Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, provide cost estimates and bids for services
- Sell programs and services to current and prospective customers
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertising campaigns, community activities, and other resources
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Senske products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts utilizing resources and tools provided
- Maintains call records, account status, and customer feedback in the CRM system
- Prepares and maintains proper sales reports
- Conducts retention and service calls
- Contact customers to measure satisfaction after service is completed or to assist by answering their questions and service concerns
- Works to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales, etc.)
- Able to build customer relationships and provide great customer service
Pay
Competitive Salary (Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission)
