Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue through customer-focused sales strategies.
- Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
- Participate in hands-on tasks, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
- Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential customers and present pest control solutions to drive new business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed.
- Occasionally go to the company’s warehouse in Englewood, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting.
- Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus.
- Required Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
