About the role

The role involves generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through customer-focused sales strategies. It combines traditional sales skills with creativity to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue through customer-focused sales strategies.
  • Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
  • Participate in hands-on tasks, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
  • Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential customers and present pest control solutions to drive new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed.
  • Occasionally go to the company’s warehouse in Englewood, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting.
  • Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus.
  • Required Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
