Outside Sales Representative

Compensation

• $5,000/month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period)
• After 150 days: Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission
• Total earning potential: $48,100 – $200,000+

• Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions
• Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges
• Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English
• Proven success in sales and relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions
• Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary)
