Rose Pest Solutions, the nation's oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is seeking a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join their growing team.

- Possess proven success in sales and relationship management.
- Communicate effectively and present solutions to clients.
- Manage your own schedule and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
- Perform in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement.
- Represent Rose Pest Solutions as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales and relationship management.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong communication skills — able to read, write, and converse comfortably in English.
- Sales-minded experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions.
- Physically able to safely perform essential functions of the role (such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and accessing tight spaces when necessary).
