About the role

We are looking for driven, personable Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Cheer market. In this role, you are the primary connection between Rebel and the programs in your territory. You will meet with customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them create something they’re excited to wear. You’ll work closely with internal teams who support design, production, and customer experience, but you are the relationship builder who keeps everything moving. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, building relationships, and managing their own pace and performance.
