Responsibilities
- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
- Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using the company’s robust advertising budget to provide leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, using the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
- Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
