What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and secure net-new business opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Present NOVA’s managed services, security, and IT solutions clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and partner success
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies
- Represent NOVA at networking events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Skills Required
- 2+ years proven outside/field B2B sales experience
- 2+ years experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Able to manage priorities and work independently within a defined territory
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
- Valid Driver’s License
