Benefits & Compensation
- W‑2 with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, and more) – eligible after 30 days
- Up to 13 weeks ($1,000/week) performance‑based training pay (or commission, whichever is greater)
- Production‑based weekly commissions, monthly & quarterly bonuses
- Yearly average compensation: $80,000 – $200,000
- 40% of the sales force earns six‑figures; top 10% earn over $200k
- UNCAPPED earning potential (straight commission)
- Monthly mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities
- Educate small business owners through in‑person prospecting (no appointment setting) using NFIB’s proven verbatim sales presentation
- Act as a hunter/closer using an assumptive one‑call close with no account management after the sale
- Meet small business owners through in‑person prospecting (no appointment setting)
- Memorize and utilize NFIB’s proven 5‑minute verbatim sales presentation
- Build quick rapport and deliver an engaging presentation
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Process payment on the spot
