Outside Sales Representative

About the role

MNRC is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners after storms and build long-term careers in exterior restoration. This is a field-based, door-to-door role.

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform exterior and roof inspections
• Identify hail and wind damage
• Explain findings clearly to homeowners
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Close roofing and siding projects
• Manage leads in CRM
• Follow MNRC’s proven sales system
• Deliver five-star customer service

Qualifications

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Willing to work evenings and weekends in peak season
• Coachable and open to daily feedback
• Disciplined with follow-up and activity
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Proficient with a smartphone and basic apps

Pay, Schedule, Benefits

• Pay: $83,750.00 - $112,500.00 per year
• Schedule: Hybrid remote in Burnsville, MN 55337
