Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Possess and prospect new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors.
• Conduct in-person meetings with operations leaders, supply chain managers, and marketplace sellers.
• Present and promote transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse optimization tools, and e-commerce support services.
• Educate clients on cost savings, operational efficiency, and scalability benefits.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and tech teams to support client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related fields preferred).
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive spirit with a passion for results and learning.
• No prior sales experience required—just the drive to succeed.
