Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week
• Deliver in‑home presentations and recommend solutions
• Close high‑ticket sales
• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30‑90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Pay

• Average first‑year earnings: $150K‑$200K – uncapped commissions and bonuses
• Top performers earn: $300K+
