Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Possess proven success in outside B2B sales or business development
• Build relationships with restoration contractors, insurance professionals, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, and property managers
• Generate qualified referrals and secure new business opportunities
• Present company services and develop solutions for customers
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to meet with prospective clients
• Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside B2B sales or business development
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new accounts
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industries is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
