Outside Sales Representative

What would I be doing?

• Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory (throughout the Melbourne area)
• Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients
• Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
• Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
• Communicate internally with team members
• Other duties may be assigned

• We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed
