About the role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by visiting assigned retail grocery stores, presenting new items, selling promotional programs, supporting merchandising, and maintaining product distribution.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail grocery stores on a monthly basis to execute sales priorities.
- Present new products and secure orders from store buyers.
- Sell promotional activities and, when possible, secure off-shelf displays.
- Monitor distribution on existing items to ensure proper stocking and coverage.
- Affiliate with merchandising tasks such as rotation, display maintenance, pricing, and planogram adherence.
- Support stores on special projects such as demos, remodels, new store openings, and promotional events.
- Maintain current product knowledge, including new items and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional managers and store personnel.
- Communicate store issues, competitive insights, and trends to leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including checking date codes and verifying planogram compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required; 2+ years prior grocery retail or CPG experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Proficient with Google Chrome-enabled devices and up-to-date smart technology.
- Moderate to intermediate understanding of MSO (Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to speak, hear, and communicate effectively.
Qualifications

Pay
