Outside Sales Rep- Paid Weekly- Paid Training

About the Role

Safe Haven Security, ADT's #1 partner, is seeking driven individuals to join our team as security solutions specialists. We provide the training, leads, and platform—you provide the effort. This is a fully commissioned, face-to-face sales role where you'll own your territory, meet families in their homes, and architect custom security solutions.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 8:30/9:00 PM
• Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Performance perk: Hit your targets and you don't work Saturdays; top performers can move to a 4-day work week

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to demonstrate high-level communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work outside 90% of the time for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped commission only – paid weekly
• Average reps earn $70,000–$125,000+; elite performers clear multiple six figures
• Average compensation payout: $426 per package, with an average of 9 installs per month
• Additional sales bonuses: $750–$2,000 per month
