Outside Sales Rep- Paid Weekly- Paid Training

About the Role

Safe Haven Security, ADT's #1 partner, is seeking driven individuals to join our team as security sales professionals. We provide the training, leads, and platform—you provide the effort. This is a fully commissioned, face-to-face sales role where you own your territory, meet families in their homes, and architect custom security solutions.

The Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM to 8:30/9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Performance perk: Hit your targets and you don't work Saturdays; top performers can move to a 4-day work week

What You'll Earn

• Uncapped earning power: Average reps earn $70k–$125k+; elite performers clear multiple six figures
• Weekly paychecks—commissions and bonuses paid out weekly

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outside for extended periods in any season
