Outside Sales Rep- Oklahoma City

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop profitable customer relationships for Wurth Louis and Company.
• Conduct on-site customer visits with new and existing customers, focusing on sales of Wurth Louis and Company products.
• Create and implement an annual territory business plan to drive sales growth.
• Maintain and build relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Record and manage all sales leads and customer accounts.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and/or sales, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Identify customer product needs and coordinate products and services to meet those needs.
• Encourage cross-selling or upselling of products to increase purchase amounts.
• Report progress and issues to management through all required channels.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and/or complaints.
• Utilize SalesForce CRM program effectively.
• Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily, 95% in the field.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s license.
• Professional sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation, satisfactory MVR, and proof of insurance required.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, customer service oriented, excellent communicator, and organized.
• Woodworking experience and/or industry knowledge preferred.
• College degree and equivalent sales experience required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
