Outside Sales Rep

We're hiring multiple representatives to help attract new customers to our business.

About the role

As our entry-level Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must. Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to assess their situation. You'll explain what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Pay

With base pay and commission, your earning potential starts at $90,000/year. The more you sell, the more you'll make.

Schedule

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
