About the role
We're hiring full-time Outside Sales Reps to join us in Jacksonville, FL, and help us continue to help people around the community! This is a great opportunity to put your sales skills to use while learning effective new strategies to positively impact your community.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with some Saturdays as needed (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

Pay
Average earnings of $65,000–$75,000+/year with uncapped commissions. To support you while building your pipeline, we provide a draw to ensure steady pay from your first day. Your earnings grow directly with your sales—higher performance means higher income.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing different neighborhoods and engaging with local homeowners
- Asking prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promoting our services
- Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Answering questions, addressing concerns, and booking service appointments
- Managing your time effectively and providing professional customer service
- Tracking your sales success digitally
- Always striving to do better and sell more the next day
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
- 3–5 years of roofing, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales experience (preferred)
- 3–5 years of successful residential window sales experience (preferred)
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
