About the role

Join Janney Roofing as a full-time Outside Sales Rep in Casselberry, FL, and help homeowners restore their home exteriors after storms, accidents, or wear. This role combines sales with community impact, offering a chance to grow your skills while making a difference.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays (9:00 am to 2:00 pm) as needed.

Pay

Performance-based earnings averaging $65,000–$75,000+/year with uncapped commissions. A draw is provided to ensure steady pay from day one.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and engage with local homeowners
• Assess prospective customers’ remodeling or restoration needs and promote services
• Climb ladders to inspect roofs
• Answer questions, address concerns, and book service appointments
• Manage time effectively and provide professional customer service
• Track sales success digitally
• Strive for continuous improvement in sales performance

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• 3–5 years of roofing, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales experience (preferred)
• 3–5 years of successful residential window sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
