Responsibilities

  • Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads
  • Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns
  • Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs
  • Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism
  • Follow up on opportunities and close new business
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits
  • Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system
  • Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events
  • Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required
  • 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred
  • Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred
  • Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
