About the role

We are seeking Outside Sales Professionals to join our hyper-growth company, ARAC Roof It Forward, located in the McDonough/Henry County, GA area. ARAC Roof It Forward is disrupting the Roofing and Insurance Restoration industry.

Responsibilities

- Create leads through self-generated methods. - Conduct neighborhood canvassing. - Perform video roof inspections by climbing on roofs. - Exceed sales goals. - Possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. - Be proficient in using computer software. - Maintain attention to detail and be a team player. - Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.

Requirements

- No prior industry experience required. - Passionate, energetic, and positive attitude. - Strong ethics and high integrity. - Commitment to always putting the customer first.

Qualifications

- Ability to climb on roofs. - Proficiency in computer software. - Detail-oriented and focused.
