About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess their needs following property damage
  • Explain the insurance claims process in simple terms
  • Educate property owners on the value of professional representation
  • Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and strong communication
  • Lead consultative conversations resulting in signed client agreements
  • Work with internal teams to transition signed clients and build your pipeline

Requirements

This role requires proven success in outside sales, field sales, or relationship-driven sales roles. Backgrounds in construction, restoration, or remediation, roofing, home services, or insurance-related sales are particularly relevant. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing schedules.

No prior insurance experience is necessary as structured training and strong operational support are provided. Candidates must be willing to travel locally and regionally within Northern California.
