• Be the Face of Renegade: Represent our brand in your community, engaging with potential clients, partners, and local businesses to build lasting relationships and drive new business.
• Own Your Territory: Generate leads, acquire clients, and implement field marketing strategies that solve real problems for your clients. Be the trusted advisor they turn to when it comes to protecting what matters most.
• Drive Sales: Deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet your clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Crush your targets by providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside a team of trailblazers to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of industry trends. Share your ideas and input to help us disrupt the insurance industry further.
• Build & Retain Relationships: Go beyond the sale to be a resource, problem-solver, and key part of your clients' success. Foster long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in insurance.
• A Go-Getter Attitude: You're hungry for success, thrive on challenges, and love to be on the move, connecting with people and making things happen.
• Top-Notch Communication Skills: You know how to engage, persuade, and close deals. People trust you because you listen and understand their needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools that help you work smarter, not harder.
• Resilient: Can handle rejection and bounce back quickly because you know the next opportunity is just around the corner.
• Referral Connections and Community Roots: A plus if you have existing connections and are deeply rooted in your local community.
