Skills
- An upbeat demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Expertise in general building and construction principles
- The ability to put together accurate estimates and quotes for home service projects
- To sell a portfolio of services including wildlife exclusion, insulation, gutters, and general handyman repairs
- The art of the sale to properly quote the right solution for our customers
- The ability to collaborate with our technicians to find even more leads

What We Need From You
- Proficiency in general construction principles
- A high school diploma or work experience
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- The ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- The ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Experience selling services that can exceed $10K
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and remodeling construction and building techniques (preferred)
