Outside Sales Engineer-DMG Hawaii

About the role

We are searching for an Outside Sales Engineer for our office in Kapolei, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering. The ability to communicate well and work with others is essential, as this position will interact daily with multiple internal and external teams. This position will report to Victor Murphy, Vice President.

Experience

• 5-7 years of successful direct, outside sales experience (within HVAC and/or Construction)
• Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent direct industry related job experience

Critical Skill Set

• Must be extremely detailed oriented and self-motivated
• Customer service and sales driven
• Solid interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Successful negotiator
• Thrives in a fast paced, multi-task environment

Compensation

$80-$150k annually DOE, plus generous commission structure
