Roles And Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts
- Engineering fabricated part supply chains based on customer requirements and technical specifications
- Managing relationships with customers by establishing and cultivating strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with inside sales engineers to develop quotes, cost models, and technical solutions
- Coinciding with internal teams and external processors to execute projects from quote through delivery
- Providing technical support related to materials, fabrication processes, and design optimization
- Managing pricing, forecasting, contract terms, and negotiation processes
- Resolving customer service, quality, or pricing issues in a timely and effective manner
- Planning and executing sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Communicating market insights and customer feedback to leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, equipment, manufacturing, technical sales, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/CAD files and specifications
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to develop business and grow customer relationships
- Willingness to travel up to 50–75% as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
Pay
$66,768.08 - $100,152.12 annually. A starting salary higher than $66,768.08 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
