About the role
System Pavers is growing and seeks motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants to join our expanding sales team. This position involves meeting with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs and helping them bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
- Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
- Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
- Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.
- Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
Requirements
- Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
- Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
- Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
- Construction experience a plus.

Skills
- Passion for home improvement.
- Experience providing high level customer service (e.g., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate, etc.).
