Position Responsibilities

• Possessing and practicing excellent customer service skills.
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
• Aggressively promoting and selling SPEC Building Materials’ product line.
• Maintaining existing customer base with exceptional service.
• Understanding and advising customers on available products and services.
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors.

Position Requirements

• Successfully selling building materials to contractors for at least two years.
• Exhibiting strong math and computer skills.
• Managing time effectively without supervision.
• Having strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintaining a valid driver’s license.

Compensation Package

• $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
• Bonus opportunities.
• Commission pay.

Experience

• Building Materials: 2 years (Preferred).
• Construction Sales: 2 years (Preferred).

Schedule

Monday to Friday.
