Position Responsibilities

• Possessing a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Maintaining existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understanding and advising customers on the products and services offered by SPEC Building Materials.
• Maintaining good relationships with valued vendors.

• Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show strong math skills.
• Show strong computer skills.
• Manage time effectively with little supervision.
• Show strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
