Location: Lynchburg/Farmville/Charlottesville territory Qualifications:Outside sales experience is preferredIndustry or product knowledge is preferredAble to work independently with minimum supervision and collectively in a team environmentSelf-motivated and hardworkingAbility to meet and exceed monthly quota in salesOrganized, detail and deadline-oriented, self-starter who loves contributing to the team's goalsExceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsComputer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Teams, and Office Responsibilities:Build relationships with your dealers and listen to their needs to provide the best experienceFind and generate new business by networking and gaining referralsSet and meet sales goalsDevelop and maintain strong vendor and customer relationshipsParticipate in ongoing sales training and vendor product awarenessQualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles Job Type: Full Time Compensation structure: commissions based on territory and this role will inherit accounts and there will be a draw during training.
