Outside Sales

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
• Create and submit sales reports
• Evaluate customer needs and negotiate successful deals

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
