Key Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new business within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and end users.
- Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate door, gate, and access control solutions.
- Sell service agreements, repairs, retrofits, and new installation projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
- Maintain and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting onsite meetings and job walks.
- Ability to read plans, scopes, or basic construction documents (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Commercial door hardware, automatic doors, gate operators, or access control systems.
- Selling to property management groups, HOAs, municipalities, or general contractors.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, or similar).
