Outside Sales Associate
About the Role
As an Outside Sales Professional at FASTSIGNS, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and income potential. The role offers a base salary plus commission, with the goal of achieving $275,000 in sales during your first year. You will complete company training and a sales summit, which includes travel.
First-year earnings average around $30,000 base salary plus 10% commission on $275,050 in sales, totaling approximately $67,500, plus any performance-based bonuses. With experience, it is not uncommon for professionals in this role to exceed $100,000 per year. However, due to the complexity of our products and sales cycle, there is a learning curve before reaching this income level.
You will receive support from a Project Manager and have access to paid training and skills development.
Responsibilities
- Achieve a sales goal of $275,000 in the first year.
- Complete company-provided training and attend the Sales Summit (includes travel).
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the sign industry is preferred.
Compensation
Base salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, plus 10% commission on sales and performance-based bonuses.
