About the role

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling industrial cleaning supplies and solutions to commercial and industrial customers across sectors such as ready-mix concrete, oil field, automotive, and general industries. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, hands-on professional with excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within a defined territory by targeting new and existing accounts
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions from Ankem's full product line
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and customer information in our CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
