Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-4 years in sales
• Former athletes encouraged to apply
• Valid drivers' license
• Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems)
• Prior experience demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task

Job Functions

Part of the program involves being partnered with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for a period of 18 - 24 months to assist in comprehensive, hands-on training. Ideal candidates should have confidence in their sales abilities, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to participate in a year-long training program.
