Outside Recovery Associate

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient management of various projects in the outdoor merchandising area.
• Assist customers in loading their vehicles post-purchase.
• Price and zone outdoor merchandise.
• Unload deliver trucks.
• Gather shopping carts.
• Attend to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a pristine exterior presentation of the store.
• Ensure accurate pricing of products.
• Keep the parking lot, corral, and designated areas clean and well-maintained.
• Zone outside merchandising spaces.
• Operate retail equipment such as the Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other tools.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.
• Leverage learning initiatives to acquire new knowledge and refine skills.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Physical abilities to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively, use a ladder, pallet jack, and forklift, and communicate effectively.
