About the role

Responsible for handling property claims outside of the office environment. This includes assessing damage, communicating with clients, and processing claims.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and processing property claims
• Communicating with clients to gather necessary information
• Assessing damage and providing estimates
• Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies
• Following up on claims until resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property insurance claims process
• Experience with claim software systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
