I-State Truck Center in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive heavy-duty truck parts sales, develop new customer relationships, and provide exceptional service throughout the territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on achieving sales goals, and has experience in the heavy-duty truck, equipment, automotive, or industrial parts industry. A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided.
Responsibilities
- Grow heavy-duty truck parts sales within an established territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and follow-up communications
- Assist customers with parts solutions and technical product support
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Promote Interstate's value-added products and service offerings
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer account information
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience selling commercial truck, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, or aftermarket parts preferred
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional sales, business, or technical training is a plus
