Outside Parts Sales Representative
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative within an assigned territory, conducting regular in-person visits to fleet operators, repair shops, and municipal clients to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Participate in company-provided training to develop a strong understanding of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck parts, enabling you to confidently recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to foster long-term customer relationships and sustained revenue growth.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated professional and a willingness to learn the commercial truck industry.
- Results-oriented individual that is motivated to achieve goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Effective time manager and one that knows how to effectively take initiative in the field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions
- Regular travel within an assigned territory
- Moderate to high noise levels due to proximity to shop areas
- Occasional exposure to fumes and shop environment conditions
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

Skills
