Responsibilities

• Originate and manage residential loans from application to close, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process with clarity and professionalism.
• Leverage CRM tools to track your pipeline and stay organized.
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, including realtors, attorneys, and financial professionals.
• Learn from experienced leaders who are invested in your success.

Requirements

• Licensed or willing to get licensed: Active NMLS license preferred, but open to those transitioning from other industries.
• Sales-minded hustlers: Proven track record in sales, whether in car sales, phone sales, insurance, or financial products.
• Self-starters: Thrive in competition, hungry to succeed, and not afraid to put in the work.
• Strong communicators: Excellent people skills with the ability to build relationships fast.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills
