What You’ll Do As an Outside Grease Technician Night Shift, you’ll service commercial grease trap systems for major restaurant and grocery accounts. Every day is different — from locating and uncovering grease traps to pumping systems, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers keep their operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Include Safely operate vacuum trucks and equipment at customer locationsDrive to and from job sites while following all DOT and traffic regulationsPump, clean, and maintain commercial grease trap systemsInspect grease traps for buildup, damage, or safety concernsTroubleshoot issues and communicate findings with customers and managementPrepare trucks, hoses, tools, and equipment before service callsComplete service paperwork and reports accurately and on timeRespond to emergency or after-hours service calls when neededFollow all Wind River Environmental safety and service protocolsWear required PPE and work safely at all timesParticipate in on-call rotations, overtime, weekends, and holiday work as needed What We’re Looking For Valid CDL Class A or B license with an acceptable driving recordMinimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (after CDL school)Ability to pass DOT drug screening, medical certification, road test, and physical examComfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer and mobile device skillsAbility to read maps, safety documents, and service instructionsHigh school diploma or GED required Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on, physical role.
