Outside Golf Operations Attendant (Part-Time + Seasonal)

About the role

As Golf Outside Operations, you will deliver outstanding service to golfing guests by managing equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless golf experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers and guests with a smile upon arrival at the Clubhouse
• Clean golf cars, golf clubs, and carry golf bags for guests
• Maintain a clean and organized cart barn, ensuring golf cars, rental clubs, guest clubs, and range balls are properly cleaned and stored nightly
• Assist in tracking inventory and condition of rental clubs, golf cars, rental shoes, and range balls; report damages or shortages
• Prepare the outside service operation based on the daily play schedule
• Enhance the golfing experience for members and guests through attentive service and follow-up
• Assist in merchandising, creating visually appealing displays, and maintaining a pristine shop appearance
• Provide a professional, service-oriented environment using strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrate full knowledge of golf tournaments and events to answer guest questions
• Handle guests' golf bags and related items

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of golf rules, course layout, and club selection strategy
• Ability to read greens and provide accurate distance and shot recommendations
• Excellent physical stamina to carry bags and walk long distances in varying weather
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with players
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Pay

$12.50 per hour + gratuity and service charge
