Outside Automatic Door Commercial Sales Representative-Must Have Door Experience!

About the role

The ideal candidate will join Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is part of a dynamic team dedicated to the sale of automatic door products to various clients including hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12 schools, and commercial and industrial building owners/managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process for clients within the Atlanta and surrounding areas, targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Meet with decision-makers to professionally present product lines and act as a solutions expert.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Work with senior management to establish plans for growing the customer base.
• Influence customers' decisions to purchase from our vast line of door products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business strategies.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Actively participate in sales meetings.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with automatic doors.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and apply technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
