Responsibilities
- Attend in-person, online, and phone appointments.
- Make outbound sales calls and enter and maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM.
- Contact, follow up, and convert leads provided by marketing, sales, leadership, and your individual efforts into patients.
- Determine potential eligibility for services and educate them about benefits under the EEOICPA and RECA.
- Prepare documents and written communication with leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sources to identify potential patients and generate leads locally.
- Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to securing patient enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with local lead sources.
- Maintain sales metrics, including data entry in the CRM, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally within Home Health, Department of Labor (DOL) programs, or other service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record of success by building long-term trust with clients, not just closing deals.
- Trusted Communicator: Ability to build rapport with a unique audience — many of whom are retired or disabled energy workers seeking support and clarity. Empathetic listener who can explain complex benefit programs in simple, respectful terms.
- Phone & CRM Experience: Confident and professional in phone-based outreach, with experience using CRM tools and call center systems to manage and nurture client relationships.
- In-Person Engagement & Community Presence: Comfortable meeting with individuals or small groups at events, union halls, or local community gatherings. Understands the power of face-to-face interaction in developing trust and credibility.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with a natural ability to connect on a human level, regardless of background or education level.
- Self-Starter with a Service Mindset: Able to work independently while remaining committed to a shared mission. Motivated by purpose — not just numbers.
- Organized & Reliable: Strong follow-through and time management to ensure no client falls through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable learning new tools to better serve clients.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
